Job Summary:

Converge360 keeps managers and professionals current with the information, insight and analysis they need to succeed in development, IT and the channel.  Our content platforms include print, digital, online, events and a broad spectrum of marketing services.
We are currently seeking a Manager, Client Services & Webcast Production who will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing all aspects of Converge 360’s webinar and email campaigns and will play a critical role in ensuring that they are of the highest quality and value to our clients.  As part of the larger Client Services Demand Generation team, this individual will work directly with some of the largest companies in the IT industry.  This is a hands-on position that requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused individual.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Execute and manage multiple webinar and email programs for our clients from start to finish.
  • Develop, conduct, and measure lead gen activities to optimize registrations and leads.
  • Work with Sales, clients, and marketing to ensure success and client satisfaction.
  • Manage one Client Services Demand Generation Coordinator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, directed or requested.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing.
  • Knowledge of key marketing principles and the creative development and execution process.
  • Demonstrated success in webinar management, including hands-on experience successfully using web-based conferencing tools.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal English communication skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and audience targeting.
  • Extremely detailed oriented, and ability to multi-task various campaigns and client engagements.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional client interaction skills – engaging and working closely with all personality types and job levels.
  • Must be comfortable working with and editing technical information, copy/text.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.

  • Understanding of the IT marketplace, including the technology, the vendors, the audience, etc.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or personalized marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of lead management systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Basic knowledge of Dreamweaver.
  • Experience with On24 a plus.
  • Familiarity with Sitecore a plus.
