Job Summary

The 1105 Enterprise Computing Group is currently seeking a goal oriented, highly motivated Media Sales Consultant with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales revenue within our lead generation markets (this is an office based position located in Irvine, CA or a home-based position in the San Jose/San Francisco Bay area).  The successful candidate will have a relentless approach to selling and engaging potential clients.  A self starter who enjoys "winning" and is challenged by breaking new business will be successful.  

Essential Requirements:
• Driving revenue
• Sales and prospecting primarily to potential 1105 Enterprise Computing Group customers
• Building relationships with targeted companies/organization through Go-to-Meetings, phone calls, e-mails and in-person meetings
• Work on multiple goals/ priorities as well as multiple client deliverables effectively and efficiently
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure best in class client service
• Full use of a modern CRM platform
• Proficient using Microsoft office suite is required
• Working from our Irvine, CA based office preferred or at home in the San Francisco/San Jose Bay area
• Regional travel possible.

Qualified candidates must possess the following Skills, Experience and Education:
Skills:

• A history of sales success in digital and/or lead generation sales
• Hunter mentality, a quick learner, independent mindset, and a high energy/aggressive approach is a must, day in day out
• Strong presentation, closing and prospecting skills
• Experience with media agencies would be a plus
• Experience with filling a sales funnel and systematically working prospects and accounts
• Self-motivation to develop new business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship management skills
• Goal oriented sales approach with the demonstrated ability to develop new business
• Eager to work in a fast past environment
• Able to multi-task

Experience:
• 1-3+ years media related experience preferably in digital / lead generation sales
• Experience/understanding the IT market would be a plus
• Experience managing the entire sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, closing, and relationship management for renewal or upsell
• Background in using a consultative sales approach
• Proven track record of growing sales revenue

Education:
• College degree preferred

Compensation includes a preferred base salary up to the $50k range based on experience plus a commission plan that pays on all revenue including performance based bonuses on achieving specific revenue thresholds.
