We are currently seeking a Marketing Administrative Coordinator to join the 1105 Government Information team.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Government Information Group (GIG) Project Manager to coordinate, plan and execute GIG’s suite of lead generation and custom online media products.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with all lead generation custom programs within 1105 Media GIG. This position will be responsible for assisting both the Project Management.  The day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to, assistance with the setup and marketing of whitepapers, webcasts, online microsites, special reports as well as several other custom programs. As a member of this team, the Marketing Administrative Coordinator is essential to the success of the custom media and lead generation programs as they ensure that all pertinent campaign data is tracked into the appropriate systems and spreadsheets, reports are maintained and delivered to internal teams and forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner, all while ensuring deadlines are met in order to provide excellent custom services to our clients.
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee all backend components and administrative duties of custom media and lead generation programs sold within the PSMG team as well as the following:
  • Act as primary liaison for lead collection and lead distribution for all GIG Media programs
  • Track all lead gen activity from all sources to ensure a timely delivery for client distribution
  • Monitor all campaign marketing performance in Promo Plans, being conscientious of upcoming deadlines and target completion dates for a timely delivery
  • Prepare and review weekly lead distribution for client reporting, focusing on the campaigns filters/targets
  • Maintain appropriate monthly reporting for all lead gen activity
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all programs are being monitored and given due diligence towards meeting their deliverables and deadlines
  • Assist in quality control by reviewing custom media and lead generation programs for errors, conflicts and deadlines
  • Prepare and communicate insightful monthly analysis for the Project Manager as needed
  • Set up and publish whitepapers, webcasts and custom programs on publication websites to prepare for marketing
  • Assist Project Management and on special assignments with broader team
  • Perform other duties as assigned, directed or requested

  • At least 2 years of administrative support/customer service role
  • Demand Generation knowledge helpful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superior multi-tasking ability

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity/comfort with web and campaign analytics is a plus
  • Experience with HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop is a plus
