We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Client Services to join the 1105 Government Information team. This position can be remote from any place in the US.

Job Summary:
 
The Project Manager, Client Services is responsible for coordinating, executing and delivering a suite of lead generation and custom online and print media products for the clients of the Government Information Group (GIG) within 1105 Media.  This position will have one direct report – a coordinator.
 
This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the communication and program development from point of sale through completion of all custom media and lead generation programs. This position monitors program deadlines, creative trafficking and data entry as well as detailed reporting for custom media and lead generation programs. This position also ensures that our clients are serviced through excellent communication on each of their campaigns. The portfolio of custom media and lead generation program includes whitepapers, case studies, microsites and webcasts as well as several additional custom programs. As a member of the Client Services team, the Project Manager, Client Services position is essential to the success of the custom media and lead generation programs, as they ensure all pertinent campaign data is entered into the appropriate systems and spreadsheets, reports are maintained and delivered to internal and external teams, forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner, while ensuring all deadlines are met in order to provide excellent custom services to our clients.
 
Essential Job Functions:
Oversee all components of custom media and lead generation programs within the Government Information Group as well as the following responsibilities: 
  • Act as client liaison and main point of contact from point of sale through completion
  • Develop required deliverables and program timelines upon sale and communicate with client
  • Run client calls to deliver important custom program information – including timelines, development process, required deliverables etc. – to clients
  • Oversee all custom media and lead generation programs with clients to ensure program success
  • Maintain communication with sales on all programs to ensure they remain on schedule per sales contract
  • Run live webcast events as Webcast Producer to ensure overall success of the webcast with event moderator, speakers and client representatives
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team to ensure all programs are being monitored and given due diligence towards meeting their deliverables and deadlines
  • Update Audience Development team on new campaigns that require promotions for lead generation
  • Communicate with the Custom Editorial Manager on new campaigns that require editorial support
  • Oversee communication with Creative Team on custom design programs, keeping Basecamp updated with all creative deadlines and direction
  • Schedule and deliver campaign promotional materials to print and online advertising operations – this includes print ads, banner ads and copy for newsletters promotions
  • Manual lead reporting and collection for assigned campaigns
  • Review custom media and lead generation programs for errors, conflicts and deadlines
  • Prepare and communicate insightful analysis for the client and internal team as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned, directed or requested
 
Required:
 
  • At least 3 years of administrative support/customer service role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Superior multi-tasking ability


Preferred:  
 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demand Generation experience very helpful
  • Familiarity/comfort with web and campaign analytics is a plus
  • Experience with HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop is a plus
  • Familiarity with print and web production a plus
